Welcome To Carolina Oaks Bed & Breakfast

Celebrate Family, Friends, & Traditions

Welcome to Carolina Oaks Bed & Breakfast located in a beautiful Victorian home, nestled in the heart of the historic district in North Augusta, commonly known as “South Carolina’s river front.” It is also centrally located within the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), which includes Aiken county, South Carolina’s thoroughbred country, and Augusta, Georgia, home of the Master’s Golf Tournament, among others.

Built in 1905, Carolina Oaks Bed & Breakfast provides a combination of historic southern comfort and modern convenience, offering spacious common areas on the main level and three guest rooms on the upper floor.  Each guest room has been laid out with your comfort in mind, with cable and Wi-Fi available in all rooms. The hospitality suite on the upper level offers convenient access to complementary fruit, snacks, and water.  Each guest room is named after a prior owner of this beautiful, historic home.

The shady wrap-around porch offers a quiet place to sit and read, or to simply relax and watch the world go by.

The included breakfast is made-to-order by a chef certified in culinary arts.
